Press Conference: Launch of Spotlight Initiative's 2024-2025 Impact Report - Second World Summit for Social Development.

 The Second World Summit for Social Development takes place from November 4 to 6, 2025, in Doha, Qatar, focusing on social development issues and reaffirming commitments to the Copenhagen Declaration. World leaders come together to redefine strategies for social progressstrengthen global partnerships, and promote inclusive policies that foster equitable opportunities for all. The goal: to build societies that are more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable.

The Spotlight Initiative will launch its new impact report 'Beyond Progress: Galvanizing gains to end violence against women and girls,' at the Second World Summit on Social Development. The visual report illustrates the Initiative's unprecedented impact towards ending violence against women and girls. It captures Spotlight Initiative's signature achievements and underscores the urgent need to sustain gains made in preventing violence against women.
