The Infopoverty World Conference, will convene a high-level summit addressing this theme on the occasion of its 25th anniversary to inspire the debate and to provide solutions that resolve the dilemma and open a new phase of development, overcoming extreme poverty and generating greater prosperity for all , ensuring a correct and participatory use of AI . AI has all the potential to construct projects to optimize current deficits and gaps that characterize social and territorial imbalance between urban and rural areas, governance inadequacies lacking secure instruments: the entelechy of the new is taking shape, a process that will occupy the coming generations, which we witness not inert but actively engaged in ensuring that they may continue along a sustainable and inclusive path. World leaders come together to  redefine strategies for social progress ,  strengthen global partnerships , and  promote inclusive policies that foster equitable opportunities for all . The goal: to  build societies that are more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable . Subject to  the rules of procedure of the General Assembly ,  Member States , members of the  United Nations specialized agencies  and  observers  of the  United Nations General Assembly  to be represented at the level of Head of State or Government or at the highest possible level are invited to make statements in plenary of up to five minutes.
