A global forum led by civil society to promote transparency, equity, and democratic participation in advancing social progress, featuring ten sessions inspired by the Copenhagen Commitments to foster collective action for social development. The session highlights how territories and civil society advance the rights to health and education through inclusive, sustainable public services that empower communities and future generations.

Participation of the poor themselves has been at the center of the Day's celebration since its very beginning.
